No experience needed. We’ll go over everything you need to know before you head out so you feel confident and ready to enjoy your time on the lake.
However, you will need to compete the Lake Lure Boater Safety Course and Test PRIOR to your arrival.
Our pontoon boats are great for families and small groups, with plenty of room to relax comfortably. Our 22' boats comfortably host 12 people.
Bring whatever you’d enjoy for a day on the water—snacks, drinks, sunscreen, towels, and anything to help you relax and have a good time.
We can also make recommendations about local dining options–nothing beats a pizza at sunset!

Yes! Pontoon boats are stable, spacious, and perfect for families. It’s a fun, easy way for all ages to enjoy Lake Lure together.
Unfortunately, no. The town of Lake Lure does not allow rental boats to tow tubes or otherwise.
Beer and wine, yes. Liquor is not allowed.
Boating is an outdoor experience, and weather on Lake Lure can change throughout the day. Light rain and passing showers are common and usually move through quickly.
For safety, boats will not go out in severe or unsafe weather. If a storm comes through during your rental, we recommend heading to a safe location (marina, vehicle, or nearby shelter) and waiting it out before continuing your time on the water.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for weather.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund
Within 48 hours of your rental: 50% of the rental cost
Day-of cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the rental cost
Multi-day no-shows: charged at a 2-day rate
